    WIndows 10 and Kaspersky Internet Security 2018


    Shortly after converting to Windows 10, I noticed that Full Scan with Kaspersky Internet Security 2018 was stopping at 82%. It is stopping at the old Microsoft Windows 8 version files old.windows\software.... I am working with Kaspersky Support to resolve. I have been waiting on a response for two weeks. My questions

    1. Does windows 10, windows defender interfere with virus software like Kaspersky?

    2. Is anyone aware if there is a compatibility issues with windows 10 and Kaspersky Internet security 2018? Note: I used WIndows 8 and Kaspersky virus software for previous 5 years with no problems. This problem appeared with the upgrade to windows 10 and Kaspersky 2018.
