Windows 10: Windows 10 and Microsoft store updates stuck/not downloading

My windows updates have been stuck at around 80% or lower for hours along with Microsoft store not downloading/updating apps on my pc, they just get stuck on pending or get a couple mb downloaded then get stuck. I've tried restarting my pc, resetting the Microsoft store, troubleshooting windows updates, resetting my router and none of them worked. I also tried to download steam and chrome on my pc and they get stuck too.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
