Windows 10: Windows 10 and ms office backup

I am using windows 10 and ms office 2016, my system is very slow i have tried all the troubleshooting steps but it doesn't work, i have a recovery drive also but i am not sure that ms office is included in that recovery pointThinking of changing hdd to ssd Do not have product keys Suggest best way to resolve it And please confirm how to transfer windows from hdd to sdd with

• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

Try the commands and check if the MS Office is available on your computer. Try the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R and type winword.exe
  and hit enter.
  
• 
  If MS word open up MS Office is available on the system.
  

If not, you have to install it again from the store.
