Windows 10: Windows 10 and Office 365 - Clipboard not working

Last night I switched from Windows 7 to 10. I already have Office 365.


I am no no longer able to cut and paste BMP - PNG - JPG & GIF images.


When I press copy I get a message in the bottom righthand corner of the screen saying:


"Item not collected, Format not supported by Office Clipboard."


How do I get clipboard to copy and paste basic picture formats that were working perfectly fine in Windows 7 on the same machine?

Cortana & Office 365 Integration

We are trying to integrate Cortana with our Office 365 subscription, but it never works. Here are the steps we have done:

• Turned on Cortona in the Office 365 Admin portal
• We are using Windows 10 1703 – connected Office 365 service to Cortana

Did the same on windows 10 mobile with no luck, Cortana says its connected to Office 365, but sees no data and we are getting zero errors

We went rough office 365 support first and tried all fo their suggestions, they kicked us over to Windows support which is currently closed.

We are on v1703 with all updates in place, it does not work on Windows 10 desktop or mobile

any ideas? I can give you all steps 365 support had us run through if that will be helpful

Office Clipboard: Work Content not supported (WIP)

Hi Rick,

The problem only occurs using the Office Clipboard (that is capable of remembering more copy actions), not the Windows Clipboard. And i have followed the WIP steps. And the issue is that i cannot find how to allow the Office Clipboard to allow Work content.
As the default Windows clipboard does work.

Hi Rick,

It does occur in both Outlook and Word, only when the Office clipboard is activated. And i'm the Office 365 Admin myself and trying to find how to add the Office Clipboard to be allowed or exempted from the WIP policy

Current Office version is: 1905 (Monthly channel) and Windows 10 1903.
