Windows 10: Windows 10 and the ongoing nightmare of Cumulative Updates failing.

The error code I am receiving is 0x00f0922. I have ample storage space. This problem has been going on since I got the computer. All other updates will load except any of them with the word "cumulative" attached to the update description. KB4493464 (21) Update windows 10 version 1803 for X64 based systems. I have done the all the suggested troubleshooting that is supposed to fix the problem. The troubleshooter will say everything is fixed. Next, my computer is restarted. Could not finish installing updates. Undoing changes. The next day the same thing happens all over again. This must be Windows 10's version of Groundhog Day. This has been going on since Microsoft created Windows 10 and it's a complete disaster. It makes me want to run out and buy a Mac. Is this ever going to be fixed?

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240
