Windows 10: Windows 10 and Windows11

Hi,I have two questions:I have a PC that had Windows10 upgraded from my Windows 8.1 that I purchased from Microsoft. The hard drive stopped working and I have to change it. I installed Windows8.1 on the new hard drive, and tried to upgrade again to Windows 10 but every time the installation fails at 72% even though I followed the same steps that I followed before. I believe that the media tool that is on Microsoft has been changed and now it is not working. My question does my damaged hard drive make me lose my right of having the original upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10? I have came ac

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
