Windows 10: Windows 10 Anniversary Upgrade error 0xc1900101-0x20017

Can anyone help me with this error? I get it every time when trying to get version 1607. I have checked many times; this is not related to any drivers but to something I do not understand. Here are included my Panther and Rollback folders.

every time i try to update my windows 10 to the anniversary update

it just wont update

i have tried everything

the windows 10 upgrade assistant it work till i restart my computer

the Media Creation Tool give me this Error 0xC1900101 - 0x20017

my pc is Alienware r3

Hello, please have a look here- it's often worth searching the forum. In this case I searched for your error message.
These are difficult problems with no one solution.

Note of course this refers to older builds of Win 10.

You may get some information thus:
Windows Update logs are now generated using ETW (Event Tracing for Windows).
Please run the Get-WindowsUpdateLog PowerShell command to convert ETW traces into a readable WindowsUpdate.log.

If you read the logs you will see I am not concerned at all; although Setup gives the Same error number this is absolutely not caused by the same problems.
