Windows 10: windows 10 apps download for fitbit charger 3

Could I get some help to download fitbit charger 3 on to my pc

Problem downloading fitbit app


Trying to download fitbit app on windows 10 and wont work - when hitting "free" for download a grey screen comes up

 

Unable to download fitbit app

I have tried to download the app via the fitbit site, and directly from the Windows store. I have also tried the links suggested on this site to no avail. I have been on the phone with fitbit on two separate occasions, and they say it is a Windows problem. When
I click on

get the app, the screen changes, and there is no place to click on the new screen. There is a rectangle that says free, but it pale in color and not clickable. Please help, I am ready to take this fitbit back.

 

Downloading Fitbit app on windows10 problem

Open the following link in your web browser on your Windows 10 computer then click Get the app:

If that does not work.

Open the Windows Store icon on your taskbar

Click the ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen (...)

Click My Library

Scroll through the list then click the Fit app if its listed there, then click the download button.
