Windows 10: Windows 10 April 2018 Update and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2015 purchased from Microsoft Store

I had purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2015 from Microsoft Store in the year 2015. It was working fine through every update Windows 10 launched before April 2018 update. Ever since I updated to this latest version PSE 2015 is not working. It either says "there is not enough memory (RAM)" or "An integer between 50 and 8 is required. Closest value inserted."


Adobe Forums have suggested registry edits solutions for the those unit sold in retail but those suggestions do not apply to the units purchased from Microsoft Store.


Will Microsoft refund me my money?

Installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018

I recently purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 from Microsoft store.

It apparently runs fine.

When I look at My account on the Adobe website, it doesn't show my purchase of PS Elements. How do I find the serial number, my Adobe ID, and password?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 NO Serial Numbers

Why does Microsoft refuse to provide a Serial Number with Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 if the product is purchased from Microsoft Store?

Adobe insist that a Serial Number must be obtained from the retailer (Microsoft Store). Adobe will not enable product registration or support because there is no Serial Number. Adequate knowledge based technical support, product updates and upgrades may
not be possible through Microsoft.

 

Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 & Adobe Premiere Elements 12 and Windows 10

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 & Adobe Premiere Elements 12 and when I tried to install them on my PC using Windows 10, I get error msgs. Should I uninstall Windows 10 and then try to install Adobe Photoshop? Can I then reinstall the Windows 10?
Should I go back to Windows 7 in order to use the Adobe Elements 12?
