Windows 10: Windows 10 Asterisk sound on Lock Screen Help Please

Hello, When i sleep my Computer. And wake it up with a single mouse button click. The asterisk sound triggers As the computer wakes up and shows the lockscreen. It is kind of annoying because if i wake my computer up from sleep pressing a Key or the ON/OFF button on the actual computer. The sound does not trigger. Only triggers if i wake up the computer by a one single mouse click and this is on any mouse i use with the computer.. its kind of annoying that the sound triggers and i would like it to stop. Since other computers running windows 10 in my house do not do this.

• When you say that "I can't activate it again.", are you referring that you are not able to Activate Windows 10?

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen option as Windows Spotlight and check if it helps.

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select Windows Spotlight from the list.
