  1. Windows 10 Audio Crackles and Basically Makes Static when under light load

I have a Auros XP 15. It has 64 GB of ram, a intel I7 -11800HA Geforce RTX 3070 GPUAnd a 2 TB ssdI've had for almost a year and in the start I had issues with my audio crackling reallllly bad when playing a game or anything intense or sometimes even light loads. I had the issue on the pc I built myself with a virtual mixer I used but I always blamed it on the specs. Now I know it isnt my specs, It isn't the software as I have uninstalled it and all components of it and still have the issue, and I am led to believe it is something with windows 10 itself. I had a virus at the start of this year

  2. Audio Static/Crackling

Over the past week I have been experiencing audio static and crackling. Sometimes quite severely and it hurts to hear.

I have done so many things and it has not changed anything for more than a couple hours. When I tried to intall new drivers Windows would say I already had the best drivers installed. I have since completely reinstalled windows, something weird I noticed
in device manager is that what used to be Realtek High Definition Audio Device is now AMD High Definition Audio Device. Even after a fresh install of windows and buying a brand new headset, i still get audio crackling. This is extremely frustrating. Please
    help!

    Specs of PC:

    CPU: Intel i3 8100k

    Motherboard: Gigabyte B360 DS3H

    GPU: Radeon RX 580

Ram: 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4

    PSU: EVGA 750w N1

    HDD: Western Digital Red WD10EFRX

    Headset: Hyperx Cloud Stinger

Case: Cooler Master Rgb pro 5

    1) Try all of these fixes for headphones crackling until one works:

    2) Update your sound drivers and BIOS/UEFI firmware from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.

Updating drivers from the Device Manager or Windows Update is rarely enough. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is keep the latest manufacturer's drivers installed from their Support Downloads web page. Everything else depends on this.

Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
