Windows 10: Windows 10 Audio Echo

Hello, I've been having a problem with my headphones lately, Razer blackshark v2x, great headphones, great mic, but this is the issues:

First, when i connected my headphones, sounded really good, but microphone was really bad, while on reviews good. So, thought that was my audio interface on motherboard, bought another usb card, still the same. Then, I tried uninstalling drivers and installing second-latest, now microphone is much much better just like on videos, really good. But, the only problem now is that my headphones leak sound through my microphone, and my friends can hear literally everything i hear on discord. I enabled noise supression on discord, which removed music but still they can hear when someone talks on my pc or games. Before, when i had newer drivers, I had Realtek Audio Console, I would turn on acoustic echo cancellation and put my headphones to 44100hz and it would fix problem, but with older drivers I don't have the Realtek Audio Console, and in the sound console i have Audio enhacements but no AEC or noise supression there. Idk what to do, with newer drivers mic is really unusable, really bad, but with newer my friends can hear anything and me and they are annoyed. Any Hhelp would be appriciated.

Everyone that post ids, need just do these steps and you will be good. I kinda tired of keep on uploading the inf. file

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
additional if you want dts audio and others, install it now before next step.
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

As you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps like: uninstall, re-install, updating the audio drivers and the issue still persists, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Playing Audio troubleshooter.

Find and fix the problem with playing audio.

• Press Windows key and type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and hit Enter.
• Click on View all in the left pane of the window.
• Select Playing Audio troubleshooting.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Step 2: I would like to inform that, when we search for the audio drivers for your computer model, we have found 2 drivers, I suggest you to download those and check if it helps.
