Windows 10: Windows 10 Audio Not Working

I have a problem with playing audio with my Windows 10 PC. It seems like the audio is NOT playing through my headphones and speakers. I try to update my driver, and it works for a few days. But, after those days, the audio driver breaks again and I have to reinstall/update it. I do have the latest updates on my audio driver. I've tried to search up for online help, but most of the advice people give doesn't work or only enables the audio to play a short time before not playing again. I already have reinstalled my driver MANY times, and I can verify that my speakers and my headphones all work. Can someone please help me resolve this?
