  1. Windows 10 Audio stuttering when connecting Hearing Aids with Bluetooth

I am using a Surface Book with Windows 10 and try to connect my Phonak Paradise Hearing Aids via Bluetooth with my Surface Book. The connection is established, but Audio stutters every 3 to 5 Seconds. I tried every solution I could find: Bluetooth trouble shooting, deinstalling the Bluetooth drives, deinstalling the audio drivers, and finally I reset my entire Windows 10. But nothing works, the stuttering is still there.

The Surface Book uses a Marvel AVASTAR Bluetooth Radio Adapter, as far as I know. Maybe it has something to do with the Bluetooth Chip? In older Versions of Windows, there was a setting in the device manager for the Bluetooth Adapter for energy settings and you cold disable “computer can turn this device of”, but this is no longer there.

I am very thankful for any suggestions. I don’t want to by a new Laptop just to be compatible with my hearing aids!

    Thank you very much

    :)

  3. hearing aid bluetooth connection

Thanks for the info. I had moved in that direction already but my hearing aids were not listed. My hearing aids are listed as a Bluetooth device on my computer but they do not appear on the sound card window for some reason. Is there a way I can get the
    sound card to locate them?
