Discus and support Windows 10 August update - wiping out cookies and Outlook passwords in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; In August, Windows 10 did an update.     Windows 10 August update - wiping out cookies and Outlook passwords


    In August, Windows 10 did an update.


    Since then, my cookies are not being saved in Chrome. This includes for my Microsoft and LinkedIn accounts.


    For Outlook, it remembers the account passwords for a little while but then I have to enter them again.

    no, you can't go back..
    I suggest creating a backup image of your os drive
