Windows 10: Windows 10 auto switching to stronger WIFI connection not working

So, I am trying to test windows 10 auto switching to stronger WIFI connection. I do have 2 wifi router. Router 1 and Router 2. On my laptop, I do saved both wifi connection by connecting either router, with different SSID name and password. Also I configure or put a check mark in the wifi interface card property look for other wireless networks when connected to this one Also I did configure Roaming Aggressiveness to the highest number in device manager. Then I walk around the house. As WIFI connection signal getting weaker to 16% and windows 10 still not automatically switching to stronger WIFI connection. It does change automatically though after wifi connection lost complete

Wifi Auto Connect


I have a PC out in my building and it runs off wifi, sometimes my modem shuts down and reboots but it will take like 5-10 minutes unless I go all the way back to the house and power cycle it. The problem is my windows 10 is set to auto connect to it but never does unless I click the wifi drop down list then it will reconnect, I was wondering if anyone knows an application that tries to reconnect to a specific wifi more aggressively than windows 10 it gets annoying because if I need to use the pc I cant just look across the room to see if my modem is back, I have to go and check the wifi then it connects.

 

Windows 10 Wifi doesn't Auto Connect to Wifi

WiFi doesn't auto-connect upon boot or reboot.

Facts:

HP laptop,

Connect Automatically is checked,

Manually clicking Connect works properly,

My ISP-provided SSID is always top of the list and the strongest signal.

WiFi disconnects from time to time for no apparent reason. When this happens, auto-connect doesn't auto-(re)connect.

 

Automatically switch on to stronger Wi-Fi connection

In 2017, a post was made asking this question and the responder agreed it would be a good idea but wasn't active at the time. In 2019, is there an automatic wifi switching to working internet providers (e.g. when active wifi stops providing data transmission)?
If not in Windows, can this be enabled by other software, considering google Android & Apple ios does this?
