    Hiwe are using Windows 10 pro 64-bit and this system gets locked after 5 to 10 seconds automatically.I changed all the settings of "Screen Timeout Settings ==> Power & sleep" to 'NEVER' but still facing the same issue.System Manufacturer ADATA System Model XENIAXe15TI5G11GXELX System Type x64-based PC Processor 11th Gen IntelR CoreTM i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz, 2419 Mhz, 4 Cores, 8 Logical Processors Any solution please.Regards

    ctrl,alt,del works but I don't know what to do from there

    tried a couple of suggestions from here but to no avail
