Windows 10: Windows 10 automatically running 2 antimalware apps

Hi, I am Abdulqadir Aliyev, an Azerbaijani Windows User. Today, a very weird thing happened which I have never seen. I am using Windows 10 21H2 build 19044.1706, downloaded from Microsoft Official Website.One good morning, or, today, a process SecurityHealthSystray.exe didn't load, even though, it is in the Startup tab in Task Manager and is enabled, located in C:\Windows\System32, or where it should. It didn't even throw me an error message, it just didn't load. It's not even running in the task manager. That's not the problem.Probably, I guess, because of this, Windows started it's Windows D

Apps not installing on Windows 10

Method 1.

At first, I suggest you to check if any Windows update is pending. (If yes, install all the Windows update).

  Type update on the Windows search bar and select Check for updates.

Also, I suggest to update the Windows store manually.

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store

If the issue still persist, try the below method.

Method 2.

I would suggest you reset the Windows app store and check if it helps.

  Type "Run" on the search bar and hit enter.
  
• 
  Now type: "WSReset.exe" and hit enter to reset the Windows apps store.
  

For the issue with camera try the below method.

Method 3.

Step 1.

I suggest you to uninstall/reinstall the webcam driver and check.

  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Now click on Imaging devices to expand, right click on the
  device and click on uninstall.
  
• 
  Once you are done installing the driver, restart the computer. It will automatically install the webcam driver.
  

If the still persist, try the below steps.

Step 2.

I suggest you to update the webcam driver and check.

  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Now click on Imaging devices and right click on it and
  update the software.
  

Also, I suggest you to install all the Windows update.
