Windows 10: Windows 10 backup missing Documents and Pictures

Windows 10 backup to External drive - after completion, Documents and Pictures folders are empty. No files have been excluded from backup, have performed multiple times. The last backup does not show up at all. Would appreciate any feedback - using a new Dell AIO.

Windows 10 printing issue while printing picture from Document files.

• When you say that "I cannot print a picture from my Documents file", are you trying to print a picture present in a word document file or trying to print a picture on Windows 10?

Picture and document folders are missing!

All of my picture and document folders are missing after getting the latest window 10 updates this morning. What happened?

 

Missing Pictures and Document after Window 10 Update.

As a result of the recent Windows 10 Update (called Fall Creators) I have now lost access to all my Documents and Pictures. The Documents folder now contains some files with a green tick on (is this One Drive?) and the Pictures folder has some new folders
but none with my pictures in! I know I can restore to the old level of Window 10 but would prefer not to do this. I do however need access to my documents and they are not in the Recycle Bin. Can anyone suggest a solution. Thanks.
