Windows 10: windows 10 backup to external drive doesn't work

    windows 10 backup to external drive doesn't work


    I have an external drive attached and it shows as drive D. When I use the backup function in windows it says backing up but it isn't. Turns out it hasn't backed up since 2024! There is no error message and there is plenty of free space on the external drive.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
