Windows 10: Windows 10 battery report showing weird hours

I have a Lenovo S340-15API and the computer is less than a week old. I went to do a battery report in CMD and the hours of the machine being on are upwards of thousands of hours then go back to normal hours used. It also goes and says the battery is over 100wh when it only is 52wh. What does this mean? Should I be worried about the safety of the battery?

Is there a way to reset this report?

The reason why I ask, is lately my report is off, like way off. When it used to give me realistic battery life results it was around 10 to 11 hours. Now it's showing 149000 hours!?!?

Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.

Generate Battery Usage Report in Windows 10

• Design Capacity = The amount of charge that the battery was designed to hold in mWh (milliwatt
  hours).
• Full Charge Capacity = The amount of charge that the battery will actually hold.

This should give a rough estimate of what the life of battery is. If the cycle count is there in the first section, it would show you how many time battery has been recharged.

 

Acer battery won't charge

What if the battery unremoveable? Should I disassemble and remove it? also there is a switch underneath the case and around the RAM slot that prevent the laptop to turn on when the case is open and without the charger. Is that the same as removing the battery? although when turned on with charger, the laptop still see the battery. Thanks

I took the report, the design capacity was 41.440 mWh but full charge capacity is now 25.752 mWh. Is it that bad? Before this happened I believe HWMonitor also show the same number with 38% Wear Level.
