Windows 10: Windows 10 biomatrics

HI,About windows 10 biomatricsAfter i installed windows 10 20H2about november, i cant sign in windows 10 via my fingerprint.i can sign in when i on the pc and then its stop working.I have to restart my pc inorder make fingerprint worli tried lot of methods back then, and i didnt able to fix my pc.So i started useing my pin.But, recently i noticed that my Windows biomatric service's status is stopping.So i kill its task and then tried using my fingerprint and it worked.But few minutes later, it started showing stopping status again.it seems like service is crashing.Can anyone help me?
