Windows 10: Windows 10 Black Screen After Login

Hello,When I log in to my windows PC, it gives a black screen only with access to my cursor and task manager. 1. Boot into Safe Mode
   
2. Uninstall the problematic update (KB5022360)
   
3. Restart your computer normally
   
4. Check if the black screen issue has been resolved.
