    Windows 10 Black Screen and trying to reinstall windows


    Hello, ive been having issues with my Cyberpower computer. My computer has been fine up until a few weeks ago, When I attempted to turn it on but was met with only a black screen and my mouse which I could still move. I tried a couple of youtube tutorials to try to get a reaction such as Alt + ctrl+ delete but nothing showed up. I tried downloading windows 10 again into a flashdrive from my laptop and it worked except theres many files missing such as visual c++ and word etc. And it seems like i just installed another operating system instead of fixing the one with a black screen cause it always asks which operating system i want to use. Is there anyone i can fix it so i can only have one with all the correct files? If i have to delete everything thats fine i just want it all to work again.

    Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

    Try this quoted from "VisiHow" article "Repair Windows 7 Black Screen of Death":

    They, also, have some other options there, too.
    Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.
