Windows 10: Windows 10 black screen before login after Libre office uninstall

Hello,I am having an issue with the laptop, after uninstalling Libre office through Uninstall or change program in control panel I get the spinning dots, and then instead of the login screen I get a black screen, I can see the mouse and it sometimes has the blue spinner next to it. The screen seems sometimes to do something and reset my mouse back to the center of the screen.So far I tried repairing it from installation media and running Bootrec but I get access denied. I also tried running it in safe mode but I get the same behavior.OS: Windows 10Laptop: Dell Inspiton 3593CPU: Intel core i5 1

open office or libre office

have not tried Libre. If I'm doing something linux again I'll sure try it out. I got an Office 2007 Ultimate key from work so on the windows side I use that.

 

libre office versus open office

i recently made the switch from open office to libre office. i can say libre is faster and supports a lot more microsoft standards. a big improvement if you ask me.

In the absence of significant differences, use the alternative that is truly open: libre office.
