    Windows 10 black screen error


    My windows 7 laptop has been updated to windows 10 .When starting on my laptop it showed that your device ran into a problem,and it automatically fixed it but , after the windows logo appeared it shows a black screen and the cursor alone.I have tried many ways but it didn't fix.How to fix it?
