Windows 10: Windows 10 black screen for 2 seconds when watching any type of content

Ok so I recently started getting a black flash every 5 to 10 minutes and sometimes it changes intervals everytime I watch media on any platform on windows 10. I did everything possible and been trying to fix it for days and no luck. I reset windows 10, didnt work. I restored a previous date, didn't work. I formatted the disk completely and installed a fresh Windows 10 downloaded from Microsoft and still no luck. I can't disable hardware acceleration because Its not found on my laptop. I disabled Windows problem and reports and Windows error and still no luck. I chnaged in personalization the the background and accent and turned off automatic and still no luck. There are a few more things I did but nothing is working and yes even its not app or driver incompatibility because I did all thos things and its not neither of them. Im going crazy because it just started suddenly and I cant no matter what I do find a fix.

I would suggest you try the power troubleshooter if you are able to boot into the system.

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
• Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.
