Windows 10: Windows 10 black screen issue.

Hi today my laptop asked for an update and I restarted. After the update completed, the laptop booted but it hanged and the screen went black for a min. and then cam back but the taskbar hanged so I just turned off the laptop from the home screen. When I started it again, after login I saw a black screen which didn't go. Then I went to Advanced options and selected Uninstall latest Quality Update. So it showed uninstalling update for 15-20mins. but it seemed that it got stucked. So I hard turned off the laptop through power button. Then when I started it turned on normally,then after entering
