    Windows 10 Black Screen of Death!!!


    [COLOR=rgba0, 102, 204, 1]Our workforce is split working in the office and working from home, currently, we are having major issues with Windows booting to a Black Screen Not Pulling Group Policy Settings when this happens mostly when a user is in the office. The user will have no network drives and no programs will load and people will see a spinning cursor. This is when a user logs into the 'DOMAIN' if we sign in when flight mode is enabled, users are able to do things fine.[/COLOR]

    We noticed this issue in October / November time when we had a few users testing the 2004 feature update and only really occurs when a user signs into their work device.[/COLOR]

    We do not have any visible errors the whole device just becomes unresponsive and nothing can be done on the machine when this happens.[/COLOR]

    We are a Dell house we all use Windows 10 Pro and all most machines on the networking are running 2004 of the 20H2 update[/COLOR]

    We have done quite a lot to troubleshoot this issue, we have looked on multiple forums looking for people with similar issues have made a few registry changes on a few affected devices, uninstalled software, created new user profiles, even bought brand new devices and everything seems affected.[/COLOR]
