    Windows 10 black screen with black circle spinning


    I have a gateway desktop computer(I know...I know) that did some type of update yesterday, the screen is black and has the microsoft wheel spinning, I have hard killed the computer, rebooted it,waited for the black screen with spinning circle to show up, kill it again, I did this 5 times and it still won't boot into a repair screen, I have tried the WIN-X u,u, but it won't shut down, I have tried hitting the F12, F10,F1,F2 and that won't show up any type of menu.
    Is there something else I need to try to do? I have Leukemia, and the drug I take has me "foggy" and I could just be overlooking something simple..........any help would be appreciated
