Windows 10: Windows 10 Black Screen with Explorer Flashing

Greetings to everyone after I've done the updates in the picture I've restarted my pc. When I enter my password, my screen was black and Explorer started to flash like going away and coming back. When I reset my PC the problem is gone however I want to use the latest updates because I use Xbox game pass. I hope you would help me.

Windows 10 Screen Flashes to Black Constantly

From the description provided, I understand that you are experiencing issues while viewing visually intensive websites which would result in a black screen

As an initial recommendation, I would suggest you to update Internet Explorer to get latest version of Flash Player.

• Open the page that has the rich media content in Internet Explorer.
• Click the tools menu, in the upper-right corner of Internet Explorer.
• From the tools menu, choose Manage Add-ons.
• Select Shockwave Flash Object from the list.
  
  Note: Ensure that your current website has rich media content. If the current website does not contain rich media content, Shockwave Flash Object doesn't appear in the list.
• Click Enable, and then click Close

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
