Windows 10: Windows 10 Black screen.

I have and acer aspire one 10. I was going to restart and get rid of all the files before I sold it but it failed. It started the process but now when it starts up I see the acer logo pop up and then nothing. I am able to get the troubleshoot blue screen but nothing else. I have tried to use the recovery setting and have tried to do a safe mode. After trying both multiple times but it will either go back to the blue screen or stay on a black screen after showing the acer logo. I have also tried to restart it again. I don't have the money to send it to a professional. What are my options?
