Windows 10: Windows 10 Black Screen

Just yesterday my computer Black Screened. Im able to see the sign in screen but once I get passed that all I can see is a black screen and my mouse cursor. all i've been able to do is open task manager and use it to open the "run new task" menu. After that if I type anything in there, nothing happens and task manager becomes unresponsive. Ive tried booting into safe mode but that still has a black screen where all ive been able to do there is open task manager. Ive tried doing the startup recovery but every time I do it says it wasnt able to complete the recovery. Ive tried factory resetting but halfway through the reset it says there was a problem resetting and nothing was changed. Im unable to open control panel through any means, and I am unable to open command prompt through any means. ive tried unplugging my peripherals and booting up with only my mouse, keyboard, and moniter plugged in. I checked the BIOS to see if my hard drive was being detected (which it is). I even tried calling microsoft tech support but they just told me to do the se exact things I told them I already did. About 5 hours after that call a supervisor called me back and asked if it was working and I told him no. To which he told me he'll have someone call me between 2pm-4pm the next day. I even have the email to confirm it. However it's almost 6pm the next and I havent gotten any call, email, nothing. So on top of my computer issues, I had to deal with some pretty crummy support over the phone as well as not even getting the call I was promised!!! This is unacceptable support, so I hope someone here can help me even a little better.
