Windows 10: Windows 10 black screen

Hi,

I have an interesting problem with my pc. win10 64bit


After a time when my pc turns off the display doesn't matter the time limit, sometimes, but not always the pc is not responding.

I hear that its running but cant do anything with it.


I tried but doesn't help:

Ctrl+Shift+Esc

Ctrl+Alt+Del

Win+Ctrl+Shift+B


Can't do anything only reset helps or pressing power button for several sec.


I bypassed this error by turning off the option to turn off the display, but this is not a solution :

However I know that this is not a serious error.


Btw its not a new error, I have this for a year, and I think it may be the cause of a win update, but I cant remember which

Also I can't figure out the problem from the event viewer.


Any idea what can be the problem or any solutions?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
