Windows 10 blocking browsers when i try to open webpage\webserver within LAN

    Hello

    I'm using:
    - windows 10 pro

    - version 1903

    - OS build 18362.836

    -windows firewall and antivirus

How my problem is look like:

I if try to open for example web admin page of my synology NAS server by address http://192.168.88.62:5000, I'm getting this

    Your Internet access is blocked
Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection.

    What I did already:

Here no matter which browser I'm using - chrome, firefox, opera.

I tried also "incognito" - same result.

Then I've checked all my extention in chrome - I deleted and disabled all of them, which responsible, for any kind of VPN stuff. - same result

Then I've decided to check "Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall", I found google chrome, and I turned on everything for him - same result

Then I've did "Restore firewall to default", made reboot - but got the same result,

Then I've found that I can reset to default network interfaces, and I did it - but this also didn't helped.

    Additional information:

NAS server works for sure - I can get access from my phone or from another PC.
I check my router - I didn't find any extra rules, which can blocks traffic.
From my PC, which have problem, I can ping my NAS or reach him by using curl.

    I need help - I can't understood

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
