    I need help with Windows 10 blocking installation of a a "legitimate" program.i am trying to install "air video Server', but it is being totally blocked from installing.

    The message i get is that the Administrator has blocked the installation to protect my computer

    Right click on the start button and open Command Prompt (Admin).
    Now type “net user administrator /active:yes” and press enter.
    You will see the successful message.
    Now Sign Out. Sign back in (on the Administrator account?)
    Have another bash at installing your software... no problem... right?

    EDIT: This does a better job of explaining it!

    Windows 10 Blocking Installation

    I I finally got it installed by using Revo uninstaller pro. This program allows you to install, and fortunately, it worked perfectly.

    My problem is finally resolved
