Windows 10: Windows 10 blue screen called "CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION"

First off, 3 hours before the accident the Event Viewer stated that my HDD had encountered 3 warningsisk 4 has been surprise removed.Disk 5 has been surprise removed
