Windows 10: Windows 10 blue screen help

I have a laptop that I received from my parents work. We were given the laptop because my parents used it to help with a business. The owner gave us the computer to help track money from the business and she has not requested it back in the three years after we helped her. About two years ago, we got a blue screen on this computer And we stopped using it but now I’m trying to fix it again. The problem was that the owner had a password on the computer, but we didn’t need a password to enter the computer for work . now that we have a blue screen on the computer, it required us to use a password

  Could you please provide the make/model of your laptop?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
