Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen of Death Critical Stop Error -- Ci.dll -- PLEASE HELP

First off i want to say thank you for your reply if you decide to reply. The dilemma that im facing is a blue screen with ci.dll i have tried installing old and new drivers each time using DDU to remove any Nvidia drivers that are present on the system. The dumps below are from windows Home as well as windows 10 Pro. On the same position with the same specs.
