Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen Stop Code KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

I had the BSOD in May. HP directed me to reinstall the operating system. Obviously this did not get to the root of the problem since it is happening to me again. Can someone please help me.
