Windows 10: Windows 10 blue screen while uninstalling an application

I had installed IRUIN webcam to make my phone as a webcam, as I didn't had one. I am getting some problems, it was showing a window named "webcam.exe" has some problems and a button close the program. When clicked the iriun webcam window and that window gets closed.I thaught there is a problem with the application so I went to control pannel > uninstall a program > right click > uninstall.A uninstall window came I gave the permission and a blue screen appeared saying windows has some problems, and restarting.It's happening everytimeNow I can't uninstall a program nor I can use the web

  Could you please provide the make/model of your laptop?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

I am sorry to know that you are getting Blue screen errors.

Along with the suggestion provided by ZigZag, try the steps below.

If you see the blue screen only after sign-in
and you can see a mouse cursor:

• While at the black screen, try using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to start Task Manager.
  
• If it becomes visible, try finding LockAppHost.exe on the Details tab and ending the task.
  
• If this resolves the blue screen, use corruption resolution steps (dism, then sfc), and run the all apps PowerShell command.

To uninstall a driver refer the steps below.

  Press Windows Logo Key+X. Click On
  Device Manager.

  Then find the driver that you are trying to uninstall and right-click on it to
  Uninstall.
