    Windows 10 blue screen with no admin access


    I system restored my pc but when i loaded it back up, it displayed a bluescreen, i tried to go to advandced startup or whatever but it said in order for me to reset it i need to have logged in on that account b4, i tried to boot it up in safe mode and it doesnt work
