Windows 10: Windows 10 - Blue Screen

In the last week it has now happened twice that, without warning, windows 10 has flashed up a blue screen with a warning note that the system has to be shut down and will automatically reboot.

I am unable to quote the text because this happens too quickly for me to copy the exact error message.

Also I am unable to replicate the process but all work that has not been saved is lost and all open files/programmes are not reopened after reboot (as one would expect)

Because this is a recent phenomena (only happened in the last week) I suspect that it may be due to a recent Windows update.

My current Build is 17134.285
