Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen

I frequently get into blue screen with memory management in windows 10, so I tried Memory management blue screen - Microsoft Community and used driver verfier. I get error SYSTEM THREAD_EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED whenever I start up the computer, and 0c822e4d24a4443aax32cf58b96ffde4.sys is the failed operation. How can I fix this? I cant even use the computer anymore since this blue screen happens EVERYTIME I open my computer. Is there a way to disable driver verifier? I tried 'verifier /reset' but it just tells me nothing was done and problem presists.
