Windows 10: windows 10 blue screen

It's too bad Microsoft doesn't stand behind its products when the screen goes blue, a known problem, they don't seem to want to stand behind it to bed was a good product might have to look at Apple in the future since they tend to stand behind it even if it cost, really disappointed.

Don't understand why they can't set behind the product without charging you when they know it is a problem. System exception yeah right.

Anybody understand why they don't stand behind their product.
