Windows 10: Windows 10, blue screen

While playing Counter-strike Source I got a stopcode SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. Sometimes I get a stopcode IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and a blue screen. I reboot my PC and it temporary helps to fix the issue
