Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen

I have a laptop which is Windows 10 Acer Aspire Es1-132.

Has not been updated for years and had about 5 pending windows update.


As I was trying to update it I noticed it says No Audio Drivers is installed so I went to the internet/youtube and searched for answers. I went to the device manager Win + X I'm not sure of that's what it is called and I selected the Sound, video game something and saw that there is no realtek what I saw was something called Intel R something and I tried updating my audio driver there was an app that updates it for you or one of its features called IObit driver booster and that's where I updated it. After installing/updating it restarted as it needs to restart after that this pops up.

So I went on the internet trying to solve this but after many retries it didn't fixt it. I noticed after several attempts It changed to:


logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt and I'm stuck again with blue screen.


I'm new to this so I have no idea what to do.

Should I factory reset my laptop? Reinstall windows?
