Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen

I've been using this pc for a while. It's an HP desktop I believe its 2015. Apparently according to my roommate it connected to our bluetooth speaker and started flashing a screen with a profile picture. I dont go on weird websites the most dangerous thing I've done on it is checked to see if the Happy Wheels flash game from my childhood was still running.

What happens when I start it: 1. It shows the hp logo with the text "Automatic Repair" under it 2. It boots into a blue screen that states I have error 0xc.0000221 and that files from System32 are missing (I'm not stupid I never touched any critical system files) 3. None of the pathways work. Clicking F4 to enter Safe mode does nothing and neither does any other option (Holding the power button and unplugging it dont work either) 4. Every pathway takes me back to the system error screen
