Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen

Hello, My Laptop dies after I put then on Sleep or Hibernate mode.In Event Viewer I have this errors:"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef 0xffffb50e956a2140, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: db85251d-e30c-48b7-b4d4-ed81974b7a92.""The DtsApo4Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 times.
