Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen

So a couple months ago, I downloaded a windows update and my pc blue screened. Since then, I have gone through numerous videos and websites to try and fix it, to no avail. Recently I tried making a new system image and resetting the pc to that image, but I think all it did was corrupt something. Now I just want to wipe my pc and start again, but when I try, it says there was an error and it won't reset it. I need to know how to fix this so I can reset my pc and be done with this.
